Kay Bojesen Liliput Bear by Kay Bojesen
Big icons. Small sizes. At just 3.7", the Liliput Bear can still turn its head and move its arms, so you can pose it exactly the way you like on a shelf or desk. Details in FSC® certified maple emphasize the Bear's soft design, and like all Liliput animals, it's made from FSC® certified oak, so the trees are planted, grown and felled responsibly. Each part is turned, ground, sanded and polished to be as beautiful to look at as it is to hold. A meaningful keepsake to treasure for years.
Enjoy a timeless figure where craftsmanship, nature and design come together. With the iconic Kay Bojesen bear in a unique miniature version in a matte and subdued grey tone, you get the original bear figure in a modern and interior-friendly expression, created to bring warmth, character and history into your everyday life and one that easily finds its place in your home, or on the gift table. The miniature bear is crafted from stained oak, highlighting the wood’s natural grain patterns so that each bear has its own unique expression. With a unified color palette for the series’ three small bears, moving through ochre, dark brown and soft grey tones, it is almost impossible not to let your thoughts drift towards autumn’s muted light, fallen leaves and the gentle changes of nature.
