The leather strap keeps the soft, woolen cushion in place on the seat, fulfilling the material encounter of textile, skin and wood.
The linen cushion and braided linen strap gives a monochrome and natural expression. Linen is a textile made from natural fibres from the flax plant. The colour of the unbleached cushion may therefore vary in the shades.
Honoring the anniversary of Skageraks 40th, the jubilee cushion revives the original expression of the Georg stool in a novel way with the use of the aniline leather. The cushion is attached with a dainty braided leather strap.
