Materials
Product Material
Wooden frame, no-sag springs, HR foam, duvet of shredded HR foam and polyester wadding. Inner upholstery made from canvas, metal brackets for connecting modules.
Production Process
The frame is made from wood with no-sag springs installed in the seat. All surfaces are padded in HR foam which are then covered with a duvet of shredded foam and polyester wadding. Modules are covered with a simple inner canvas to make the outer fabric removable.
