The Colour Dial carpet collection by Rive Roshan depicts time and movement caught in a coloured surface. Layering, sweeping, and blending between tones and shades, the designs are created from geometric forms. The carpets are inspired by Rive Roshan’s Colour Dial Tables: abstract sundials that convey a notion of time through projections of different tones on the floor. An interaction between light and colour. The collection’s transitioning colours are inspired by tones and effects found in natural materials.
