The Hesbjerg chair is a new way of thinking and a modern interpretation of the Nordic design tradition. The understated details, the durable and honest choice of materials and the fine aesthetic lightness make it a contemporary design – but with clear, classic undertones. Hesbjerg is comfortable as a dining chair, and its comfort and ergonomics invite many hours of coziness with friends and family around the table. Thanks to its warm expression, however, it is extremely suitable for the entire home. The inspiration for the design comes from Danish design history and the noble and pure materials that were used in the golden age of Danish design. The chair's name is taken from the name of a ridge in northern Zealand, where the designers have had a summer home for several generations.
