The tile collection is a hand woven pile rug. Featuring a ‘double back’ loom construction which makes the rug incredibly durable and flexible. In simple terms, this rug will last a very long time.
After weaving, the tile pattern is hand carved by the weavers with sheers (think of a much larger version of clippers at a hairdresser). The tile heights alternate slightly which creates subtle shadows that shift as the light changes throughout your day.
TILE is a flatweave pile rug made on a hand loom. It is very tightly woven yarns and the highest density of any rug we have produced.
100% of the materials used to make the Tile rug are natural, which means the colors and patterns in your rug will be slightly different from your friend’s, for example.
