Pepo Jar by Normann Copenhagen
The word ‘Pepo’ can mean pumpkin, squash or melon, and the reference is readily apparent in the full-bodied form of the Pepo jars. The jar's shape extends into a natural handle for the lid, creating its quirky, organic silhouette, which is refined by the contrast between a mat and glossy glazing.
The jars can be used in various ways: with a lid for storage, without a lid as a vase, or simply as a piece of decoration. The two jars in the series complement one another like a pair of old friends, bringing a touch of humor and informality to your decor.
Made of a special solid color porcelain. The matte surface has no glaze, while the glossy surface is made with a colored glazing.
