Renoir Swing Chair by Sika
Renoir is an elegant and exclusive hammock chair designed by Sika-Design. Renoir was designed in the 1940s and is one of our oldest designs. The chair is part of our Originals collection, which represents designs of wicker furniture, all of which are designed by Sika-Design.
The hammock hangs in a strong rope and is handmade in sustainable Indonesian rattan by skilled wicker makers. From the hanging point of the rope to the top of the chair there is 110 cm and 121 cm to the attachment points on the chair. Sika-Design uses carefully selected rattan for furniture production to ensure the highest quality. Rattan is often compared to bamboo, but unlike bamboo which is hollow, rattan is a solid material. Rattan is a remarkably strong and indestructible material, and therefore you get a unique piece of design furniture that can last for generations.
The hammock chair must be mounted in the ceiling. No hook included as it depends on ceiling type.
